At the moment, food not only needs to be tasty but also must look good to the eye. Food is so trendy at the moment, as more and more food TV shows pop up everyday, more and more food bloggers/vloggers are bombarding us with food photos and videos. The most important thing for them is the appearance. Food is like art to them, every detail counts and they are so careful the look of the food they serve/photograph. The texture, the colors, the shape have their significant role in submitting a great result. This force chefs to gain more skills and expertise when making food as the competition is high at the moment. Having all that in mind, Dinara Kasko had to go a step further to make sure her pastries will stand out.
Dinara was born in Ukraine and she started cooking as a housewife when she realized that it has become her passion. Even though, she worked as an architect-designer and 3D visualizer, she always knew she was born to become a chef. From the moment she got into Patisserie, she knew she needed to distinguish her work from other chefs. Using her architectural and 3D visual skills she gave her pastries a make over. With the help of 3D printing technology she makes food-grade silicone molds that help her create the astonishing shapes of her pastries. Collapsible plastic frames are included to preserve accuracy of the geometry shape. The best part is that you can make your own geometric pastries as her molds and recipes are for sale.
I would love to try one pastry!!! Are you a pastry lover as I am? What do you think of the amazing work of Dinara?
